USER AGREEMENT
A. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to the Phipps Pharmacy Jackson mobile application and websites, including co-branded Phipps Pharmacy Jackson-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Phipps Pharmacy Jackson Digital Services”), is subject to the Phipps Pharmacy Jackson Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE Phipps Pharmacy Jackson DIGITAL SERVICES. BY USING THE Phipps Pharmacy Jackson DIGITAL SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.
These Terms also govern your participation in any SMS or mobile communications programs offered by Phipps Pharmacy Jackson. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the Mobile Terms & Privacy Summary governs such messaging.
B. MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
The mobile application and this website are owned and operated by Phipps Pharmacy Jackson.
